Great News! Welcome Andria Spindel, new Executive Director of CAEF and SAG
February 4, 2019
It is with great pleasure that I welcome Andria Spindel, our new Executive Director, to Canadian Anti-Semitism Education Foundation (CAEF), the parent organization of Speakers Action Group.
Andria was raised in Calgary, obtained her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Calgary, and then taught school in Kenya and the Canadian Arctic. After travelling widely, Andria graduated with an MSW from University of British Columbian and worked for the Social Planning and Research Council of B.C. as a specialist in issues of the elderly and persons with disabilities, becoming Executive Director 1977-81. In 1981, she became CEO of March of Dimes Ontario, which she expanded to become March of Dimes Canada, from which she recently retired after 37 tremendously successful years.
Andria’s volunteer roles have included: Chair of the Jewish Diversity Committee at Congregation Darchei Noam for 9 years; member of the Board of Directors of Kulanu (US) for 7 years; and Founding President of Kulanu Canada, an organization dedicated to supporting diverse, isolated, and emerging Jewish communities around the world.
Andria is also a volunteer with Canadians for the Rule of Law, Stop Sponsoring Hatred, Canadian Citizens for Charter Rights and Freedoms, and a founding member of the Muslim-Jewish Dialogue.
We are delighted to welcome Andria on board Canadian Anti-Semitism Education Foundation as Executive Director, and look forward under her leadership, to taking the next steps to educate the Canadian public-at-large about the truth – the truth regarding Israel, the nation-state of the Jewish people; the truth about the subterfuge of anti-Zionism in today’s media which is more often than not anti-Semitism in disguise; and the truth about the perverse inversion of reality of the U.N. and other Jihadi-sympathetic entities which brazenly claim that Jews have no historic ties to Jerusalem and that Arabs are the indigenous people of Palestine – lies that have helped give rise to growing anti-Semitism, but which are and must be easily refuted.
Andria can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or 905-413-7230.
