Subject: Request to Display Educational Heritage Month Panels (May)

Dear [Library Director / Programming Coordinator / School Administrator],

I am writing to request that your institution display a free educational panel set during the month of May, which is recognized as both Asian Heritage Month and Jewish Heritage Month.

The display highlights the civic, cultural, and intellectual contributions of notable Chinese and Jewish individuals and is designed to promote learning, appreciation, and respectful dialogue. It is non-commercial, educational in nature, and appropriate for public institutions.

The materials are provided at no cost and can be printed locally or displayed digitally, depending on your institution’s preferences and space.

I believe this display would be a meaningful addition to your Heritage Month programming and would be of interest to your patrons/community.

Thank you very much for your consideration. I would be happy to answer any questions or provide additional information if helpful.

Sincerely,
