The Rising Lion is Raging

Yesterday marked a memorable day in the annals of history, in the Story of the Jewish People, and in the West’s fight against terrorism.

We are grateful for the heroes of the IDF, for the courage and fortitude of the Israeli people, for the wisdom of our leaders and truth of our spokespeople. Jews traditionally do not celebrate the death of their enemies, but it is certainly a day to remember, and with a clear win for Israel we will have much to celebrate.

Israel is on high alert. There will be days, maybe weeks, of stress given expected military responses from Iran. There may be serious damage in Israel which is now facing great danger, so pray for Israel, stand strong and proud with Israel, and respond to requests for aid and comfort. Reach out and touch someone. Am Yisrael Chai!

We must all do our utmost to remain vigilant in the light of potential retaliations outside of Israel. Remember today’s antisemitism is antiZionism! Jews/Israelis are targets everywhere. Report any incidents to your local police and Jewish antisemitism monitoring organization.  

The sign below reminds us that Jew hatred is local and global; it is driven by foreign countries, sick ideologies, and anti-Zionism; it hits randomly. We must be alert.
