Brigadier General (res.) Amir Avivi:
Brigadier General (res.) Amir Avivi is the Founder and CEO of Israel’s Defense and Security Forum (IDSF - Habithonistim). Established in February 2020, IDSF is composed of more than 3,000 high-ranking reserve/retired officers, commanders, and operators from all branches of the Israeli security establishment and aims to promote the national security of the state of Israel.
Avivi retired from the Israeli Defense forces in 2017 with more than 30 years of military, counter-terrorism, and national defense experience. In his most recent role, he served as the Head of the Auditing and Consulting Department of the Israeli Defense Establishment,(including the IDF, Ministry of Defense, and Israeli Military Industries). In that position, Avivi managed more than 100 auditors and advisors for: Readiness, Budgeting, Procurement, Projects, Bids, Cyber, Logistics, Infrastructure, and Operations. He also fulfilled various command positions in the Corps of Engineers leading thousands of soldiers in a dynamic environment combating terrorism. He served as a Brigade commander, Deputy Division commander, and head of the Military School of Engineers.
Previously, serving as the Israeli General Chief of Staff's aide-de-camp, Avivi was at the heart of the policy-making process in the Israeli Government and Defense establishment. He received his MBA (Cum Laude) from Ono Academic College, his MA in National Security and Political Science from Haifa University, and his BA (Magna cum Laude) in Political Science and American History from Bar Ilan University. He is also a graduate of the Israeli National Defense College and is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and Hebrew.
Dr. Anat Hochberg-Marom
Dr. Anat Hochberg-Marom is a geopolitical analyst, researcher, and speaker. Anat has worked with governments and security agencies, and has covered emerging global political, technological, and economic trends. In 2015, as an expert on global terrorism, she was chosen by the U.S. State Department’s distinguished Leadership Program (IVLP) and met with President Barak Obama's special envoy for global terrorism. Anat holds a PhD and MBA, and is a senior advisor at the prestigious Chinese Hainan CGE Foundation, dealing with the BRI project. Anat is the author of, “The Art of Marketing Terror 2019,” and multiple papers on the geopolitical implications of the pandemic on the economy, technology, and politics.
