Canadian Students & Alumni Against Antisemitism

Good evening,

Thank you for your reply to our email.

We are concerned both by your lack of action in response to our highly detailed and veracious email, with key details that are public knowledge and can be confirmed by a simple viewing of Mr. Juncker's public X account: https://x.com/DavidJuncker

Mr. Juncker has continued to post inflammatory, threatening, and antisemitic/pro-terror content, including support for 'armed Palestinian resistance' - ie: Hamas and other armed resistance groups: https://x.com/DavidJuncker/status/2108310927544095161

We note that recently, the Canadian government set as its policy that antizionism, which Mr. Juncker enthusiastically and repeatedly supports in a public manner, is a form of contemporary antisemitism: https://www.publicsafety.gc.ca/cnt/rsrcs/pblctns/ntnl-cmmtmnts-cmbt-ntsmtsm/index-en.aspx

As a result, we have reported Mr. Juncker to the relevant US and Canadian authorities including the FBI.

As your organization has not, at this time, bothered to take any steps to actively stand up to antisemitism or to impose reasonable consequences on Mr. Juncker to protect Jewish and Israeli members of the CLIP and the MGH community, we have determined that your organization intends to support Mr. Juncker in his stated public goal to purge the CLIP and MGH of Zionists - ie; Jews and Israelis, and therefore your organization may be liable to the same consequences as Mr. Juncker by extension.

We note with some concern your final words in your email, which indicate you believe we are 'threatening' you. We are not, and we reject this twisting of our words. Rather, as Mr. Juncker's words and conduct are public and well-known within the McGill community, it is a matter of course that once your organization publicly committed to sponsoring Mr. Juncker, you would become associated with his public conduct. It is therefore a reasonable consequence of your organization's actions that you would suffer reputational damage by associating publicly with Mr. Juncker.

We have CC”d a number of relevant parties to this email including members of the press in the Montreal and Canadian news cycle, as we believe that it is important that your organization understand the severity of Mr. Juncker’s conduct and its potential impact on your organization should you choose to invest after this information becomes public. We have also reached out to every one of Mr. Juncker's scientific and medical collaborators to inform them of his conduct and alert them that further collaboration with Mr. Juncker will open them up to significant liability as well.

Tzedek, Tzedek, Tirdof.
