R. v. Kenneth Jeewan GOBIN: Gobin was found guilty of attempting to run down a Toronto couple on a sidewalk with his e-bike, as they were returning home from Sabbath services at the Chabad Flamingo synagogue.
Read CAEF’s Community Impact Statement, filed with the Ontario Court of Justice.
R. v. Omar ELKHODARY: Elkhodary was found guilty of assaulting a member of the community as she was affixing posters about the Israeli hostages near the corner of Yonge Street and Empress Avenue in Toronto.
At the sentencing hearing, 13 Community Impact Statements were filed, including one by CAEF, as well as a Victim Impact Statement filed by the victim of this assault. There were so many Community Impact Statements filed that the conclusion of the sentencing hearing was postponed to July 24, 2025. We will announce further updates as the conclusion of the sentencing hearing approaches.

Cancel Appointment of Francesca Albanese
The UN Human Rights Council extended the appointment of the notoriously antisemitic Francesca Albanese as UN Special Rapporteur on the Palestinian Territories, and immediately thereafter, UN Watch launched a campaign to ban her from entering the United States, and demanding the UN remove her. UN Watch has documented the illegal re-appointment and urged governments to support its campaign. She has already been condemned by the US, France, Germany, Canada and the Netherlands for supporting designated terrorist organizations.
Sign the letter asking that the US Secretary of State sanction Francesca Albanese, deny her entry to the US, and affirm that she no longer benefits from any form of diplomatic immunity.
Once the Canadian government appoints a Minister of Foreign Affairs, CAEF and others will extend the same demands to the Canadian government.

Most importantly, note the specific demands and the names of the 25 elected who support this extremist platform.
