We are reaching out to ask for your continued financial support. The Canadian Antisemitism Education Foundation (CAEF) is a registered charitable organization, incorporated since 2001, combating antisemitism, racism and all forms of hate. While completely volunteer based, we DO NEED financial resources to enable us to develop programs, support research and educational projects, partner with Israeli, Canadian and American organizations that share crucial information, provide normal administrative services, host a website, and create a weekly CAEF Bulletin.
With the surge in Jew hatred that we are experiencing across Canada and globally, we must redouble our efforts. With your help:
We will continue to offer informative webinars free of charge and expand our audiences.
We will continue to create Educational Resources that address Jewish history, antisemitism and Zionism and see them used in classrooms.
We will expand our research into university-based antisemitism through our Hineni project which has documented antisemitism in social work education, challenged on campus biases, supported students and brought information to the media about systemic antisemitism.
We will continue to develop and strengthen ties with allies, organize and support rallies and events to confront the viral antisemitism that threatens us all. We will support the issues that we share with Hindus, Christians, Iranians, Ukrainians, Yezidis, and others experiencing discrimination and seeking justice from hatred and bigotry.
We will continue to boldly speak out and demand an end to media lies and distortions as we challenge those that spew them.
We have been on the frontlines working and empowering grassroots-led rallies to demand action by our leaders and institutions. We are collaborating with allies and strengthening our combined efforts to fight the tyrannical leftist/Islamist alliance that is undermining our democracy, eroding our educational system and threatening our collective and individual well-being. We are meeting with politicians and educational leaders to promote real solutions and responses to the antisemitism we see daily on our streets and in our schools. We are making every effort to support those directly impacted by this rise in antisemitism through legal and advocacy measures including calling on professional colleges to hold their members accountable.
Our Social Work Project, Hineni, gathered over 6000 signatures for a petition to social work curriculum associations demanding the stand up to the international body that has excluded the Israel Association of Social Work.
We produced webinars on Islamic Antisemitism with a series of experts.
We continue to partner with key organizations like the Bedein Center in Israel to document the Jew hatred and violence in UNRWA schools and summer camps.
We coordinated one Symposium on Woke Antisemitism in conjunction with the North American Values Institute. And are working on another one.
We continued to press for the adoption and implementation, with consequences for non compliance, of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of Antisemitism
We funded research into the Impact of Antisemitism on Faculty at Canadian and US universities and are working to disseminate the results.
We contributed funds to support the second Indigenous Symposium on antisemitism that was held in Jerusalem.
We twice provided funding to support an educational trip to Israel for journalists, policy makers and military advisors to bear witness to the events of October 7, 2023
We filed numerous complaints against professionals in several fields whose postings, preachings and positions exposed their incessant antisemitism.
We sought data to understand and report on the growing antisemitism in the Ontario public education system by requesting information on reported incidents of antisemitism and have determined that information is being withheld.
We must make it clear that brutal terrorist entities such as Hamas are a scourge to all of society, that they cast a long shadow and operate through NGOs and support groups in Canada, bringing their hate and propaganda to our streets, cultural institutions, universities and politics. We must hold media and politicians and others accountable for fuelling lies and negating truths to undermine the safety of the Jewish diaspora. Hatred in all forms must be stopped, and our security in Canada must be a priority for all.
We need your help to continue to have an impact and expand our reach. The time is urgent and the time is now.
All donations are tax-deductible. In the US, donations to CAEF can be made through our partner, The Lawfare Project.
May we remember the fortitude of the Maccabees at this very time that we need such strength and leadership.
Thank you in advance for mobilizing and for your generous support as we work to eradicate the scourge of Jew hatred.
