In Lana Melman’s new column, Hollywood Stories, she interviews TV and radio personality, Dr. Drew Pinsky, for The Jerusalem Post Magazine 9/28/25.
Pinsky recalls anti-Jewish discrimination against his family. “The hospital where I eventually worked for 30 years would not have my father. ”
He also calls out the fear and manipulation that’s misled this generation. “They’ve been spoon-fed ideas instead of being given data to draw their own conclusions. That kind of manipulation is infantilizing. It denies them their intellect and agency. And when they wake up to that, I hope they’re livid, because they should be.”
He tells young Jews on college campuses to “stay vigilant; don’t go it alone.”
At a time when disinformation spreads like wildfire, Dr. Drew is challenging this generation to do what too many won’t: stay connected, stay awake, and stay angry enough to demand the truth.
