Canada, the UK, and the US support UNRWA
- Is this an election issue?

The Center for Near East Policy Research has conducted extensive translations from Arabic on text books used in all schools run by the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and found they include exhaustive instances of antisemitism, denial of the existence of Israel, calls for the destruction of Israel, incitement to violence, rewards for terrorism.

The children of these schools are being abused. The next generation of terrorists are being educated to die as martyrs and that is a call to genocide.

Presenters include David Bedein, Director, and Dr. Arnon Groiss, Associate, with recent video footage of the terror training camps run by Hamas for UNRWA students.

Brooke-Goldstein-194x194.jpg

Why are Western democracies funding UNRWA? Why have Canada, UK and US recently increased funding to UNRWA despite the evidence of terror incitement and antisemitism?

Brooke Goldstein, Executive Director of The Lawfare Project and founder of the grassroots movement End Jew Hatred, will probe for answers and challenge us to consider why this should be an election issue.

Rabbi Cary Kozberg Presents:

Jewish Ethics on Self Defense

Rabbi Kozberg currently serves as Rabbi of Temple Sholom in Springfield Ohio. Previously he served as a Hillel Director (University of Texas-Austin) and has been a long-term care chaplain for over 25 years. He is a recognized resource on aging and caregiving and is a published author and poet.

While ordained from the Hebrew Union College, Rabbi Kozberg believes that “conservative political values—personal responsibility, equality before the law, reverence for G-d and His laws for humanity-- are most consistent with teaching and living authentic Jewish values.”

Rabbi Cary Kozberg.jpg

Recent attacks on Jewish institutions and individual Jews have turned his attention to advocating for a more robust focus on educating Jews in the ethics and practical aspects of personal and communal self-defense.

Jewish communities are experiencing serious increases in Jew hatred, expressed in many ways- online harassment and verbal abuse, assaults against  individuals identified as Jews, vandalism of Jewish businesses, properties and institutions, antiZionist incitement at protests and universities, and discrimination at work and at school.

This surge in hate requires concrete and determined steps to protect the Jewish community and families from this dangerous trend. During this timely webinar our panel of security professionals will provide much needed insights into efforts in place to respond to all manner of Jew hatred, and how to protect ourselves and loved ones.

Matan Peleg holds a B.A. in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Haifa University, and an M.A. in Conflict Resolution from Jerusalem’s Hebrew University.  Matan previously hosted the radio show Radio Zion, which focused on Zionist awareness in Israeli society.  In 2014, he published his first book: "Between Rishikesh and the Temple Mount," and his second book in 2016: “The Battle for the Zionist Idea.”

Matan Peleg has demonstrated leadership and innovation in confronting antisemitism funded by foreign governments in Israel that fuel the work of human rights and what he calls “self righteous” organizations whose agendas denigrate and demonize the Jewish state. Exposure of antisemitic, pro-BDS academics and organizations has proven necessary and successful; Israelis were not all aware of the funding by foreign governments that imperils the safety of Israelis.
