CAEF Letter to PM Carney and Minister Anand on Canada's Response to Terrorism Against Israelis

Dear Minister Anand and PM Carney;

“Neryah Leiter, son of Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Yechiel Leiter, was seriously injured earlier today (September 23, 2026) in a car ramming by an Arab Muslim terrorist monster. This was one of an average of 15 Arab Muslim terrorist attacks against innocent Israel Jews every single day. ” This message was blasted across the Jewish world. What was your response?

Minister Anand and Prime Minister Carney, you frequently call out Israelis who respond to attacks in their homes and fields as committing “settler violence,” and you misrepresent the issue as very few Israelis living in Judea and Samaria commit violent crimes against Arab Palestinians. Much more frequently Arabs are attacking Jews, killing them via terror attacks, burning their crops and even stealing farm animals and produce. Many Arabs working for the Palestinian Authority have been shown to commit terror attacks against Israelis, and there is plenty of evidence of illegal squatting on Israeli state land by Arabs who then erect illegal structures. Most importantly, the level of Arab violence is escalating. PA members are often Hamas enthusiasts, and killing Jews is rewarded lavishly by the Palestinian Authority. It is likely that the largesse from the Canadian government helps fund the pay-for-slay program!

Minister Anand and Prime Minister Carney, when will you speak out against the terrorism perpetrated almost daily on Israelis who have always sought peace but never had a peace partner? When will you cease exaggerating the numbers of Israelis committing violence and refute the idiotic UN data that considers Jews praying at their holiest site on the Temple Mount, to be committing violence?

You have distinguished Canada as an enemy of the Israeli state rather than its decades’ long friend and strategic ally. You ignore the harm caused by radical Islamists against Jews in Israel and in Canada, and by not naming this atrocious threat to our civilization, you encourage its adherents to continue to threaten our community. Do you think that Ambassador Leiter’s son is a terrorist because he dared to travel through Jewish land in Judea and Samaria?

It behooves you both to spend time learning history, checking evidence, and coming to know that there is no peace partner among the Arab Palestinian leadership, which is committed to destroying Israel, denies Israel’s very existence, and teaches its children to kill Jews. This is the people to whom you ar giving another $100,000,000; therefore, it is no wonder that we have more violent crimes against Jews and our institutions in Canada.
