The Case for Construction in Area C of Judea and Samaria
Some media, politicians, anti-Israel groups and academics continue to insist there is a country called Palestine, Palestinian Occupied Territories and illegal Jewish communities in Judea, Samaria and even in Jerusalem. The building of Jewish homes in Area C is legal, under the Oslo Accords, and even much earlier under the San Remo Declaration (1920) and the League of Nations (1922), and in no way undermines the authority of the Palestinian Arabs nor gives cause for terrorism. Arabs are illegally building structures, destroying ancient Jewish archaeological sites and ignoring concerns about the environment, so where is the outrage?

When you look at Judea and Samaria, this government is building, regulating, developing, both in construction and in infrastructure on an unprecedented scale," said Smotrich.

Jenin Terrorists Supported by the PA and other Terrorist Entities
Note the mainstream media and many politicians have ignored the fact that Jenin, a Palestinian Arab city, is a hotbed of terrorism. The IDF went in to clean out the terrorists and found massive amounts of arms and ammunition, factories for creating bombs, an attack command center and many militants ready to kill Jews. In the battle that ensued, that left one Israeli soldier dead, 12 terrorists were killed, all members of different terror factions. Yes, they were young but they were murderers in practice or yet in training but all were NOT innocent civilians.
Note: The Palestinian Authority continues to reward Jew killers with financial benefits for life.
