You have made a mockery of your position and the purpose of the International Criminal Court and should be asked to resign immediately unless you reverse your very perverse decision to investigate Israel. You must know that the entire claim against Israel is nothing more that the usual pile of lies and antisemitism created and compiled by the Palestinian Authority. You know there IS NO PALESTINIAN STATE, so the PA mock the ICC.
You can Google to see stats that even your office of obliqueness can verify showing that the Muslim Arab population in both Israel proper and the disputed territories has grown, not shrunk, so clearly there is no genocide, no war crimes and no ethnic cleansing. The ONLY APARTHEID practiced in Israel is that of the cruel, brutal, corrupt, terrorist-oriented Palestinian Authority. You should be investigating the inhuman treatment of Arab Muslims, Christians and Jews by the PA!
Do you even care about the welfare of the Arab Palestinians or are you so much a part of that aspect of the Muslim culture that is pathetically, pathologically antisemitic. Do you also blame Israel for natural disasters and plagues.
Below is your own nonsensical statement that warrants your resignation:

Perhaps you have forgotten that Gaza is run by Hamas and that terror entity has been trying its damnedest to destroy Israel, to kill civilians, regardless of age, ethnicity, religion. Perhaps you are without access to News, so you have to fabricate stories, as does the PA. Thus, you can say something as idiotic as, `there are no substantial reasons that an investigation would NOT (my emphasis) serve the interests of justice.` Really, are you aware of the meaning of justice, when for all the world to see the PA President, the rotten to the core Mahmud Abbas, incites violence daily, kills Arabs who sell land to Jews, prohibits access to ancient Jewish sites by Jews, raises children to be murderers, rewards terrorists who kill Jews, makes up a false history for a people that never was. Are you really concerned about justice or just concerned about investigating the most humane state on the planet, Israel, wasting your not unlimited resources, wasting the time of thousands of people in your antisemitic quest against justice.
By the way there is no such city as East Jerusalem.
It is a shame that you, the most powerful female prosecutor, are fixated on hurting Israel, ignoring facts that are available to any competent person, and choose to abuse your position and spread lies and deception. You are undermining the very most fundamental reason for the ICC to exist. You are ignoring horrors, abuses, acts against humanity in many quarters of the world, like China, Russia, Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Venezuela, and that is unforgivable. You have no legitimate right to investigate Israel, and YOU KNOW IT.
I am not sending a polite letter because you have not demonstrated that you respect truth and evidence. I therefore don't respect you.
