Letter from Richard Sherman to Editor of Carleton U Student newspaper, The Charlatan, about Zionophobic professor Isaac Jackman

Dear Editor,

Carleton University's Issac Jackman's Zionophobic screed demonstrates his denial of the existence of Judaism since Judaism is based SOLELY on the 3500 year old Jewish Bible aka the Old Testimony; that Jewish Bible has only ONE foundational narrative - the Jewish people's Return to Zion - what today is Israel. It is not complicated. For 3500 years Zionism has been the core value of Judaism. That is why Jerusalem is mentioned 659 times in the Jewish Bible. FYI the word Jerusalem appears 0 times in the Koran.

As Judea Pearl, the Chancellor's Professor of Computer Science and Statistics at UCLA and Director of the UCLA Cognitive Systems Laboratory, and Daniel Pearl's father, has described: " Zionophobia is the absolute denial of Israel's right to exist". (Coexistence and Other Fighting Words, Judea Pearl, 2025, page 144).   Zionophobia gushes effusively from every word Issac Jackman writes just as Zionophobia is the foundation of the unrevoked Article 7 of the Hamas Charter and the unrevoked annihilation of the Jews of Israel clauses of the 1964 PLO Charter, the enabling document of the Palestinian Authority.

As Omar Barghouti, a leader of BDS since early in the 21st century,  has made clear, BDS is based on the regressive Hitlerian racist program which bases indigeneity solely on race. As Barghouti proudly proclaimed: " They ( the Jews) are not a people".  This is an axiom that could have been spoken by Adolf Hitler, Joseph Goebbels or Alfred Rosenberg.

Every supporter of BDS, who are all sycophants of Barghouti, rejects modern scholarship which states that " indigeneity, peoplehood and nationhood are based on collective memories and continuity of historical narratives, not on genetic lineage, see: Coexistence and Other Fighting Words, Judea Pearl, 2025. Genetic lineage being the foundation of Mein Kampf and BDS.

Just as the German people were Hitler's willing executioners, BDS supporters like Issac Jackman are Zionophobes who by denying the existence of Israel deny the existence of Judaism. When one hears the emasculated phrase " I'm not an antisemite, I'm just anti Antizionist", one understands that one is hearing, " I'm a Proud Zionophobe who denies the existence of Israel and thereby denies Judaism".
