Dear Letter to the Editor:

Fin de Pencier in his anti Jewish settlement screed ignores 3500 years of Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria - except for 19 years of Jordan's illegal occupation as described below - to condemn Jews who are simply following the example of their indigenous ancestors who settled the same land since 1273 BCE.

After 3500 years of Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria, Jordan illegally occupied the land in 1949 in violation of Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, ethnically cleansing a Jewish population that had settled there for thousands of years, destroying a dozen historic synagogues ala Kristallnacht, and converting thousands of the oldest Jewish cemetery headstones in the world to latrines.

In an additional attempt to obliterate 3500 years of Jewish settlement and culture in Judea and Samaria, Jordan created the racist jew hating phrases of "the West Bank" and "East Jerusalem" to obliterate Judea and Samaria and to "divide" an undivided city. Fortunately the Jewish people in June of 1967 liberated and RECAPTURED Judea and Samaria and the eastern part of Jerusalem allowing Jews to return and RESETTLE land that their ancestors had settled on for thousands of years.

As an obvious card carrying Zionophobe, Fin de Pencier rejects Jewish settlement anywhere in Israel, a view totally consistent with the unrevoked genocidal enabling documents of Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, and the many thousands of Zionophobes in academia, journalism and politics throughout the world.
