France is not just changing; it is on the verge of a demographic and cultural transformation that will leave it unrecognizable. “I do think a lot of people have a misconception of what October 7 even was. Of what it was planned to be. You see, 5000 Gazans infiltrating southern Israel is NOT what Oct 7 was designed to be. They’ve said it themselves. They’ve vented their anger and rage and resentment at the entire Arab world because Oct 7 was always planned to be the entire Islamist movement in the region, from every country, coming together to attack and wipe Israel out. That’s why Qatar and others spent billions of dollars in advance of it to lay the groundwork to whitewash it, gaslight us, and invert reality and truth. It was always intended to be far far bigger than what it was.

The Imam of Peace Speaks of Peace and Taking Action
On September 12, Imam Mohammad Tawhidi spoke to the members and guests of Beth Torah Congregation who gathered for a Slichot Service. He candidly explained his own background, being an Arab educated in Iran, and having been a jihadist until ISIS burned his uncle alive in a cage. Since then he has questioned every aspect of extremism and is solidly opposed to it. Imam Tawhidi daily and publicly denounces Islamist extremism, warning the west that it is caving to claims of Islamphobia, to demands of the Muslim Brotherhood and to the fanatical, political weaponization of Islam by those seeking power over the West, over the World.
Imam Tawhidi asked for prayers of support for the work of the Global Imams Council of which he is a Vice President, and whose work he explained is focusing on peace and understanding and challenging the extremists within Islam. He called on Jews to be vocal, work with Muslims who represent his views and stand up for Israel.

CAEF welcomes news that the federal government expects to have majority, if not unanimous, support for legislation to ban hate symbols from our streets and to define limits to where protests can be staged. The Oct. 7 Film ‘The Road Between Us’ won the People’s Choice Documentary Prize in Toronto. “The audience voted and I appreciate that,” director Barry Avrich told a prize-giving ceremony at the Toronto Film Festival on Sunday.

Memorial for Murdered Iranian and American
On September 13, members of the Iranian and Jewish communities came together at Thornhill Community Centre to honor the memory of Mahsa Amini and other victims of the Iranian terror regime. Sponsored by ICARE, International Coalition Against Racism Everywhere, Mehdi Amin Foundation, and Tafsik, the moderator and founder of ICARE, Salman Sima shared stories of political prisoners, showed videos of several young Iranians imprisoned and ultimately murdered by the regime in Iran.
Also, recognized for his courage, compassion, consistent defense of Western values, of the Jewish state and of truth, was the late Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA. Candles were lit, led by Melissa Lantsman, MP for Thornhill.
Speakers included Maayan Shavit who spoke of the loss of her family member to Hamas in Gaza.

For several years, CAEF has been advocating for defunding UNWRA, an independent UN agency established to serve "Palestinian refugees,"but unlike the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, or UNHCR, which is serving refugees from oall other countries, and is mandated to resettle them, anywhere, UNRWA exists to ensure that so-called Palestinian Arabs remain unsettled, either in refugee camps in neighbouring Arab countries or even in Judea and Samaria or Gaza. Canada is a significant funder and under the government, committed to increasing funding, despite evidence that some employees of UNRWA are Hamas operatives, and some were involved in October 7th. Summer camps operated by UNRWA train Arab kids to kill Israelis.
