The Muslim Brotherhood in France, US, Canada and Beyond
Various Western governments are waking up to the fact that for too long they have ignored the infiltration and radicalization taking place in their respective countries by stealth jihad, under the well orchestrated plans of the Muslim Brotherhood, long a listed terrorist organization in several Muslim Arab countries plus Austria. The US Congress will be reviewing legislation to add the Muslim Brotherhood to their own sanctioned terrorist list. Canada must not be far behind.

Read the ISGAP Report, issued June 26, 2025, on the national security threat risk from Muslim Brotherhood in Canada.

In May 2025, the French government declassified a report titled “The Muslim Brotherhood and Political Islam in France.” The 73-page document describes how the organization is destabilizing French society through schools, mosques and comm0unity centers. The group is funded by foreign governments and has an estimated 100,000 members in France(about 0.15 of the popualtion.)
Read article by J. Michael Waller in Center for Security Policy that provides an English review of the report, confirming what the Center has long been advising, the Muslim Brotherhood poses a significant threat to France and French society. This is part of a global strategy.
Qatar, home to leaders of Hamas and its major funder, is also funding Muslim Brotherhood operations in Higher Education in the US.
Read the report by Institute for Studies in Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP) on Qatar and the Muslim Brotherhood funding Higher Education in the US. Ask the Canadian government when they will require transparency of universities and colleges in Canada.
Australia’s Report on Combating Antisemitism and the Muslim Brotherhood?
An official report from Jillian Segal, Australia’s Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism has recommended that government block funding to any institution or individual that fails to oppose antisemitism. The recommendations include withholding funds from universities and deporting non-citizens involved in antisemitism.
Read about the Report in AllIsraelNews, July 12, 2025, and ask, when will Australia do a deep dive into the Muslim Brotherhood operations in that country?
CAEF Thanks Outgoing Special Envoy
On July 17, Deborah Lyons, Special Envoy on Preserving Holocaut Remembrance and Combating Antisemitism, advised of her early departure from this important role and shared a message with all Canadians. CAEF joins with the Jewish community-at-large in extending sincerest appreciation to Ms Lyons.
Read the important final message from Deborah Lyons, as Special Envoy, as she acknowledges the challenges that continue for Canada in addressing antisemitism.
Antisemitism in Ontario Schools K-12
Read on Canadian Heritage Ministry’s website, the recently released report by Dr. Robert Brym on antisemitism run rampant, under-reported and unaddressed in Ontario schools. The report was commissioned by Deborah Lyons, the Special Envoy on Preserving Holocaust Remembrance and Combating Antisemitism.
Read letter from Michael Teper, President of CAEF, to Registrar Lacroix, Ontario College of Teachers, challenging OCT to address antisemitism and attaching a summary of the report.
Almost two years ago CAEF filed Freedom of Information requests with 10 Ontario School Boards requesting complete information on incidents of antisemitism within their respective jurisdictions. Several boards responded, not all. The cost of filing was only $5per request. The cost of receiving information varied from approximately $300 to over $28,000. A revised request helped bring the cost down in dealing with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board but there was no final resolution with the Toronto District School Board. One of the problems revealed in the process was that the boards of education do not have a common, systematic way of monitoring incidents, reporting and resolving them. Additionally, most boards have not adopted the IHRA definition of antisemitism so, handily can claim not to have had many incidents or refute or neglect parental reports. The TDSB adopted IHRA in 2018 but seems to have ignored it, not educated staff and administration to utilize it to any effect. Sadly, discussions at the board level suggest many do not support its adoption, prefer to hold to the status quo ie ignore the problem of antisemitism within the schools, and have shown little interest in disciplining the perpetrators.
This recently released report supports CAEF's perception of indifference within the TDSB and other Boards when it comes to addressing antisemitism in the public schools.
Read article in the Epoch Times by Paul Rowan Brian that links teachers to 17% of antisemitic incidents in Ontario schools.
CAEF Does Not Give Up on Securing Information from TDSB
After more than 3 years since filing an FOI seeking information about the Code of Conduct investigation carried out against Trustee Alexandra Lulka, CAEF finally received information on the cost of this rather pointless investigation. Trustee Lulka was subject to an unwarranted investigation. The investigation, on the specious claim of a code of conduct breach, resulted from her having tweeted a statement about the inappropriate posting/circulation by a board employee, Javier Davila, that referenced antisemitic material.
Read the document showing how the TDSB spent $43,000 into a biased investigation against an elected trustee. CAEF has no idea how much money the TDSB Freedom of INformation and Privacy Department or its Legal Department spent on unsuccessfully fighting this Freedom of Information request. The organization has shared this information with Minister of Education, Paul Calandra, who has ordered an investigation into financial mismangagment at this and a few other Ontario School Boards.
Words Lead to Deeds
Read article by Andrew Fox in The Investigative Project on Terrorism regarding the repeat behaviour we see in the West to what Jews experienced before WWII and Nazism took over Germany.
Read these excerpts: “The Holocaust didn't start with gas chambers. It started with graffiti, slurs, and whispers. It began with people asking Jews to account for themselves. Are you loyal? Are you one of us?
In 2025, that looks like: are you a Zionist?”
“The twisting of words doesn't end with outright lies. The greatest trick Hamas and their allies ever pulled was to conflate Judaism with Zionism. They have made the world believe they are one and the same, then claim that they are "only" against the latter. This sleight of hand has given countless antisemites the perfect semantic shield. "I'm not antisemitic," they say. "I'm just anti-Zionist." Yet their targets are Jewish schools, Jewish homes, Jewish shops, and Jewish friends”
We are watching words turn to violence in real time. The signs are all there, just as they were in the 1930s. We promised Never Again, but that promise is meaningless if we fail to act when it matters.
The spiral from slur to slogan to stone is always shorter than we think.

Did Israel Steal Land from Palestinians?
The anti-colonial, apartheid, ethnic cleansing narrative about Israel fuels antisemitism here and globally. Historical evidence should defeat this false narrative. Become informed; share the information, stand with truth, stand with Israel.
Read Daniel Pipes, Founder of the Middle East Forum, June 14, 2025 explain the how the false claim of Israel stealing land is to undermine Israel’s legitimacy. These lies are reinforced by academics and media. Be informed; speak out.

They are radical agitators who have repeatedly glorified terrorism, incited hatred, and weaponized their performances to glorify violence, incite hatred, and promote division."

Read letter from Richard Sherman to the Editor of The Guardian (emphasis CAEF Ed.) July 7, 2025, in response to an OpEd entitled, " The Destruction of Palestine is Breaking the World." This is a response to yet another misleading, biased article blaming Israel for the failure to create an independent state of Palestine, when clearly no Arab leader has ever agreed to a State.
Read excerpt:
Dear Letter to the Editor:
Mustafa Bayoumi - born in Switzerland in 1966, raised in Canada with a degree in English from Columbia University might want to chill from his endless Joseph Goebbels like screeds about Jews and study the words of Zaheir Mohsen whose background is much more connected to Mandatory Palestine than his. ("The Destruction of Palestine is Breaking the World")
Born in 1936 in Tulkarm, Mandatory Palestine, Zaheir Mohsen, was member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and a military commander of the PLO, who declared "the Palestinian people" to be a propaganda invention.
In a 1977 interview with the Dutch newspaper "Trouw", Mr. Mohsen said:
"The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct "Palestinian people" to oppose Zionism.
"For tactical reasons, Jordan, which is a sovereign state with defined borders, cannot raise claims to Haifa and Jaffa, while as a Palestinian, I can undoubtedly demand Haifa, Jaffa, Beer-Sheva and Jerusalem. However, the moment we claim our right to all of Palestine, we will not wait even a minute to unite Palestine and Jordan".
