B’nai Brith Canada Joins the Campaign to Block Kneecap
CAEF urges you support this by sending a letter to the government of Canada, and more. Read and follow action below.
Kneecap, a Belfast-based rap group known for glorifying terrorism and inciting violence, is scheduled to perform at Canadian venues this fall.
This group has a disturbing and well-documented history of spreading hate.
In London, one member appeared on stage wrapped in the flag of Hezbollah—a listed terrorist entity in Canada. At Coachella and Glastonbury, Kneecap also provoked the crowd to chant “F*** Israel,” fueling the tidal wave of antisemitism washing over the globe.
This is not artistic expression. It is the open promotion of hate. And Canadian venues and stakeholders are giving it a platform in our country.
That’s why B’nai Brith Canada has launched a national letter-writing campaign calling on Live Nation Canada, Liberty Media, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Drake, The MRG Group, History Toronto, and Vogue Theatre Vancouver to cancel Kneecap’s upcoming performances and stand up for Canadian values.
Together, let’s send a clear message: Canada is no stage for hate—and those who promote it are not welcome here.

CAEF is Canadian, but antisemitism everywhere in the world is of concern to Canadian Jews and should also be of concern to our allies and to rational, critical thinking people everywhere. Will New York, home to almost a million Jews, or 10% of its population, elect a candidate whose statements and behaviour are deplorable, supporting the eradication of Israel as the Jewish state, threatening to arrest Israel leaders, supporting a boycott of Israel promoting anti-Israel radical organizations.
