APR-the latest Antisemitic Strategy
Originally created by the Arab Canadian Lawyers Association in 2022, the anti-Palestinian Racism claim goes far beyond protecting against discrimination. It redefines criticism of Palestinian narratives as “racism.” If adopted, it would muzzle legitimate debate, entrench one-sided propaganda, and silence Canadians who speak up for Israel.
Be aware of the impending dangers of adopting APR, undermining real anti-racism, promoting identity politics and polarizing free speech. APR negates historically informed and researched IHRA, negates history of Israel, promotes ideology over facts, negates real pluralism to stifle free expression.
This is a must read, then take action. Write to the Minister of Education, Minister of Colleges and Universities, the Premier of Ontario (or your respective provincial or territorial Premier) to denounce APR, call for teaching of history, not narratives, removal of ideology for the classroom, the end to identity politics, the implementation of IHRA and protection of free speech.

Read story on CBC.ca news about the incident that has shaken the Jewish community of Ottawa. This occurred on Wednesday evening, August 27th. When is enough enough?
What are the preventive measures that must be put in place to protect the Jewish community—certainly it cannot be more police, limiting the movement of Jews for their own protection, bars and gates on synagogues, removing signs or symbols. The media and academia, politicians and pundits must return to telling truth, promoting shared values, educating for coexistence and peace, ending identity politics, and end the acceptance or normalization of antisemitism and anti-Zionism.
Minneapolis Shooter Allegedly Active Antisemite
Initial stories indicated a troubled personality but Robin Westman, formerly Robert Westman, allegedly had hoatile anti-Jewish marking on his weapons, posted video, and his Youtube account. Read article in Jewish Telegraph Agency by Grace Gilson, August 27, 2025.
The TIFF Tiff
While the CEO of the Toronto International Film Festival has apologized for any pain caused the Jewish community by virtue of his cancelling the film, The Road Between Us: The Ultimate Rescue, it is too little too late.
The Creative Community for Peace reported that several sources shared that a number of TIFF staff didn't support the screening of the film, which was directed by a Jewish Canadian filmmaker.
“Instead of standing firm against this intimidation, TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey disinvited the film from the festival and caved to anti-Israel activists while publicly citing issues over the lack of clearance to use Hamas footage of the massacre as well as ‘security concerns,’ when it had nothing to do with either.”
“Equally disturbing, this was the only documentary to play at TIFF in the past two years that didn't disparage Israel, while the festival has platformed 7 anti-Israel documentaries during this time with absolutely no issues.”
CCFP followed up with an open letter signed by “1,000 leading entertainment industry professionals — including Amy Schumer, Debra Messing, Mayim Bialik, Sherry Lansing, Haim Saban, Rebecca De Mornay, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jerry O'Connell, Howie Mandel, and many others — demanding a proper apology to the Jewish community for all the harm caused, for the film to be screened without issue, and for changes to be made at TIFF itself.”
Other leading Jewish organizations joined CCFP in the public pushback, and TIFF reinstated the film. There will be one only showing on September 10 at Roy Thomson Hall and tickets were sold out almost immediately.

Blame Israel, Deny the Truth—the West’s obsession with Israel
Read Brendan O’Neill in Spiked, on how we are not being told the truth by Hamas and the useful idiots of the West.
O’Neill describes the situation of increasing antisemitism this way: “The screws are truly being turned on Israel. A sick union of antisemitic militants and fashionably Israelophobic Westerners has devoted itself to damning the Jewish nation as the wickedest nation.”

Quebec is Moving to Ban Public Prayer
This video recorded by Caryma Sa’d, a lawyer and independent journalist, shows a recent public display of Islamic prayer in downtown Toronto, near the University of Toronto. Quebec is promising to ban “street prayers” to preserve laicity.
Should public prayer be banned? Some religious leaders of other faiths object to imposing a ban. Muslim organizations in Quebec are defending street prayers.

Consider that 65,000 Arab children are trained to be “martyrs” ie terrorists and then ask—why is Canada going to recognize a Palestinian State? What is Canada funding UNRWA which runs summer camps for Palestinian Arab children that train the next jihadists? What is the government of Canada providing any funding to the PA that promotes the elimination of Israel?
